Photolamus was great with making sure we were happy with our finished product. I think we made around 3 changes to ours and even though the original was done great it just needed some tweaking. This company is absolutely the best. I had some special request and they were so quick to work with every detail and even help out with their own to make the picture perfect and beyond what I imagined. We hadn’t our boys done on vacation which is what made me and my husband want one. Ours was amazing so much color and detail. We came back and ordered a second one with all 4 of us and I’m patiently sitting on the edge off my seat constantly checking my email. I’m so excited. I would never go to another company for caricatures again. A lot of people asked where we had ours done and I’ve recommended them to multiple friends which is something I rarely do. I couldn’t not have been happier with the picture blew me away and have never worked with a company so helpful.

I asked the Photolamus team to make a large canvas caricature for my fiancée and me as a Christmas present, and the result was INCREDIBLE! I sent them a few photos of our engagement day to use as an inspiration, and the result was honestly even nicer than my own memories of the day :-) Great service, able to pay via Paypal, and able to deliver physical canvas copies between Thanksgiving and the holidays if needed.

Our caricature was used as a wedding guest book. I had some revisions, they corrected them and the original was sent. I received the original yesterday and an email confirming I received it. I am very impressed with their communication and artwork! I highly recommend.

This is my third caricature that I have had photolamus draw for me. I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed giving these caricatures as gifts. These guys are amazing and so reasonably priced too. Julie did my drawing which was a photo of my brother for his 40th bday. It came back super fast (b4 his birthday which I wasn’t expecting as left it to the last minute). Cons: very little creativity with my custom order. Very boring result. Finished product looked exactly like the photograph I sent, nothing more. They never offered to try again despite my complaint.

Finished right as promised. When there was a detail wrong from the submitted request they were quick to respond and fixed less than 24hrs! There FB customer service is a little quicker than their email. But either way I was responded to by both. I purchased a digital drawing from another company for my husband last year on Father's Day. Same price, except I could not specify the background. Here with Photolamus I was able to personalize it much more with with the the requested background! Can't wait for Father's Day now, my husband will surely love this!
