Once the drawing is ready, you will be able to request any modifications, if there are any similarity issues. We offer unlimited free revisions of your drawing, since your satisfaction with the portrait is our main priority!

- Select the number of persons, pets or vehicles you wish us to draw;
- Choose preferred body type;
- Select a background for your drawing;
- Upload photos using our simple upload button. Note you can upload as many photos as you wish. Our artists will choose the best ones for the drawing.
- Introduce your email to receive the drawing for approval;
- Click on “Choose Printing Options” and move to second page of ordering;
- Select the desired drawing time option;
- If you wish to get the drawing printed, select your printing option and delivery time;
- Introduce your shipping address;
- Place your order and we will make the magic!

How long do portraits take to ship?
- On average, our portraits are drawn within 5-7 days and emailed to you for approval. Once we get your full approval, we will ship the print, as per your order selection.

- We are using multiple printing providers to ensure the fastest shipping available.
- In most cases, you will receive the print of local production.

Photolamus was great with making sure we were happy with our finished product. I think we made around 3 changes to ours and even though the original was done great it just needed some tweaking. They were very prompt with communication, accommodating to any edits I asked for (because I changed my mind, not because the original product was bad), and eager to please! Photolamus did a fabulous job on our custom creation caricature for dad's 80th birthday celebration! All the party-goers were amazed. We had one print made as a poster to have all attendees sign. This company is absolutely the best. I had some special request and they were so quick to work with every detail and even help out with their own to make the picture perfect and beyond what I imagined. We hadn’t our boys done on vacation which is what made me and my husband want one. Ours was amazing so much color and detail. We came back and ordered a second one with all 4 of us and I’m patiently sitting on the edge off my seat constantly checking my email. I’m so excited. I would never go to another company for caricatures again. A lot of people asked where we had ours done and I’ve recommended them to multiple friends which is something I rarely do. I couldn’t not have been happier with the picture blew me away and have never worked with a company so helpful.
