Within 1 business day, you will be contacted by a representative of Photolamus Support team with your order confirmation or custom quote. As soon as you get a confirmation for your order - our artist will start working on the drawing.
The final delivery of the caricature drawing will be executed via the electronic facility identified on the applicable purchase order - mobile app, website, email. If a printed product, such as Canvas, Poster, T shirt or Mug - was purchased, Photolamus will print the drawing after customer confirmation. If no feedback is received within 3 days after drawing's delivery - the drawing will be printed and shipped with no confirmation. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as local duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. If you are experiencing difficulties downloading the drawing from the website or you do not receive an e-mail from us with a link to your email by ETA - do not hesitate to contact us at support@photolamus.com. The drawing time of each order mostly depends on the number of characters and your deadline. We will always strive our best to deliver each order as soon as possible. We offer 3 drawing time options for each caricature order: Regular drawing time: 7-10 days Express drawing time: 5-6 days Extra Express drawing time: 1-3 days We do offer insanely fast drawing time options for bulk orders. Since we partner with a lot of artists we can distribute your drawings between many of them and get your order of 100-500 persons ready in just a couple of days.
